The Job:

Join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of off-road and utility vehicle servicing. Known for their commitment to technical precision and customer satisfaction, they support clients across farming, leisure, and trade industries. With consistent demand and continued growth, they are expanding their workshop team.

We’re looking for a hands-on Technician with mechanical expertise and a proactive mindset. You’ll work with a range of off-road vehicles – from quad bikes to utility machines – carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.

Day-to-Day Duties:
  1. Service and maintain a variety of off-road and utility vehicles to manufacturer standards
  2. Investigate faults using diagnostic tools and a practical approach
  3. Prepare machines prior to delivery, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  4. Handle recall and warranty work as required
  5. Keep thorough records of jobs, parts used, and servicing details
  6. Promote safe working practices and help keep the workshop clean and efficient
  7. Offer technical insights to both customers and colleagues where needed
  8. Stay current with technical updates and in-house training

The Candidate:
  • Recognized qualification in vehicle maintenance (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Prior experience with agricultural machinery, ATVs, motorcycles, or similar is beneficial
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to fault-finding
  • Full UK driving license – towing license is a plus
  • Ability to work well solo or as part of a small, close-knit team
  • Positive attitude, with a focus on quality and ongoing improvement
