AV&M has an extensive list of vineyard projects under management throughout South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. AV&M specialises in delivering tailored management solutions and has developed an enviable reputation as a leader in the field of vineyard management.

THE JOB

Our fleet is the key to our success, and we want you to be a part of the incredible team that looks after it! You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of a wide range of agricultural machinery. Do not worry if you haven’t worked on this gear before, we will train you along the way!

Work will be a mix of workshop-based and in-field servicing across our vineyard sites. We’re seeking someone who enjoys problem-solving, is a team player, has mechanical experience with diagnostics and repairs and most importantly a good attitude.
