Key Responsibilities:Perform routine servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high standards of work.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently.
Carry out safety inspections and identify potential issues before they become problems.
Provide high-quality customer service by offering advice and clear explanations regarding vehicle issues.
Maintain and keep accurate records of all repairs and services completed.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge and advancements in the automotive industry.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
Level 3 qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a qualified mechanic in a similar environment.
Proficient in diagnostics and repairs for a wide range of vehicles.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and modern automotive technologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Full UK driving license (essential).
