Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 required.
  • Experience as a Vehicle Technician, preferably with an MOT license.
  • High productivity and quality assurance skills essential.

We are offering a basic salary between £28,600 - £35,720 depending on skills and experience.

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new and used vehicles. You will ensure the PDIs are carried out to the highest possible standards and within manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work to agreed time frames, maintain a high level of productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • MOT license preferred but not essential
  • Your own set of tools
  • A full UK driving licence
