Rivan Industries, a London-based synthetic fuel company, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to accelerate the design of our methanation reactor sub-system. You will own the system’s concept, design, test rigs and drawings, coordinating with manufacturing and external vendors to ensure safe, on-time deployment.

We value ownership, minimal bureaucracy, and rapid iteration. In-person work at our Bermondsey HQ includes relocation support (£6,000/yr) and employee benefits such as private health insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in mechanical/aero or related field.
• Hands-on workshop fabrication and build experience.
• System design experience including CAD (SolidWorks) and DFM/ DFA, plus part specification and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Own the design and manufacture of an entire sub-system.
• Develop design concepts, architectural requirements, and test rigs.
• Iterate drawings with in-house manufacturing and assembly teams.
• Lead assembly, integration, commissioning and test plans for the methanation reactor sub-system.
• Liaise with external vendors to support the production line.
