Job summary

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd is partnering with a busy Bloxwich-based client to recruit a Meat Production Operative. The role involves loading, processing and packaging meat in a chilled environment, with emphasis on weight specifications and quality control.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, with early starts from 6:30am to 3–4pm, Monday to Friday, and overtime after 42.5 hours. Training on hygiene and safety is provided to ensure compliance.

We are currently recruiting for a Meat Production Operative to work in a busy, fast-paced, refrigerated environment. The client specialises in producing fresh and frozen meat joints and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading, processing, and packaging meat produce


• Executing manual handling and heavy lifting tasks


• Working to client specifications regarding weight and quality

Hours of Work

• 6.30am – finish (typically 3–4pm)
