Gap Personnel Limited are recruiting production operatives in DE65 to join a team manufacturing meat products for customer orders. Shifts run Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 – 15:00, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

The role involves packing, weighing, labeling, and moving raw products through the production process, with emphasis on safety and hygiene compliance. Physical lifting up to 20 kg is required.

Responsibilities

• Packing and bagging of raw turkey portions.
• Weighing products and printing labels.
• Movement of raw products and ingredients from storage to production lines.
• Weighing, labelling and sealing products ready for despatch.
• Manual handling, lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
• Adhering to health and safety rules at all times.
• Completing tasks in-line with food safety and hygiene rules.
• Achieving agreed quality standards relating to temperature, grading, wrapping and presentation.
• Minimising downtime of equipment through proper set-up and line change overs.
