An fantastic opportunity has arisen for a food & beverages procurement professional to join a large firm who lead the market in their field. With a £multi-billion turnover and multi-site operations throughout the UK, this business is rapidly transforming the way it sources and delivers quality food & beverage products to improve guest experience, drive sustainability, and support future growth.

They seek a competent Food & Beverages Procurement hire to take responsibility for a broad portfolio of their F&B spend (predominantly Meat & Fish, but also involved in other F&B subcategories) from strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation to category strategy and cross-functional collaboration due to an influx of projects and their continual expansion.

They are offering up to £60k + 15% bonus and Hybrid working based in Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across food & beverage categories.
• Lead negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting to deliver commercial value.
• Partner with Supply Chain & Technical teams to ensure food quality, and supply continuity.
• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximise value and innovation.
• Support simplification, cost control, and category growth initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Proven procurement / category management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Sector background in food retails, hospitality, foodservice, contract catering, or wholesale F&B.
• Experience across Food & Beverages related spend categories.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and project management skills.
• A commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
