Qualifications

• Completion of mechanical apprenticeship required.
• Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure vehicle components made from composite materials.
• Prepare and document inspection reports and record error reports.

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.
Your role involves inspection and measurement of vehicle components made of composite materials, control and identification of non-conforming parts, preparation and documentation of inspection reports, recording error reports, and supporting various departments with measurement and technical drawing issues.
Candidates should have completed a mechanical apprenticeship, preferably with additional training in quality assurance, experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software, and good knowledge of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015). Fluency in German or English is required, with willingness to learn the other language.
