Join the Audi F1 Project - Shape the Future of Motorsport!

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK.

The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations. This position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.

Your mission includes:

• Inspection and measurement of vehicle components made of composite materials, including parts, laminating molds, and fixtures, using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld tools.
• Control and identification of non-conforming parts.
• Preparation, documentation, and creation of inspection reports.
• Recording error reports in the quality management system.
• Collaborating across departments for efficient development and solutions.
• Supporting departments with measurement and technical drawing issues.

Your profile includes:

• Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance.
• AUKOM Level 1 & 2 desirable.
• Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software.
• Experience with handheld measuring instruments.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015).
• Structured, precise, and independent working style.
• High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language.
