Job Description

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and the Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

We are looking for a Measurement Technician QC Composite at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland. Your role involves inspecting and measuring vehicle components made of composite materials, identifying non-conforming parts, preparing inspection reports, and collaborating across departments to develop solutions. You will also support measurement and technical drawing issues.

Your Profile
  • Completed mechanical apprenticeship with additional training in quality assurance
  • AUKOM Level 1 & 2 desirable
  • Experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software
  • Experience with handheld measuring instruments
  • Good knowledge of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015)
  • Structured, precise, and independent working style
  • High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Fluent in German or English, with willingness to learn the other language

This position requires an EU work permit.
