Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), and Sauber Motorsport Technical Center in the UK, which will be operational this year. Our Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.
We are looking for a Measurement Technician to inspect and measure vehicle components made of composite materials, as well as associated parts, molds, and fixtures using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld tools. Responsibilities include controlling and identifying non-conforming parts, preparing inspection reports, recording error reports, collaborating across departments, and supporting measurement and technical drawing issues.
Requirements include a completed mechanical apprenticeship with quality assurance training, experience with 3D measuring arms and Polyworks software, proficiency with handheld measuring instruments, knowledge of technical drawings (ISO GPS 8015), and fluency in German or English with willingness to learn the other language. The position is based at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland.
