Measurement Engineer - EGSE Support Engineer (Full Time) - Derby
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Measurement Engineer - EGSE Support Engineer to join the Special Test Measurements team in Derby. The role involves providing a mixed portfolio of capabilities to the aftermarket, supporting both new and mature products.
Experimental Engineering is responsible for measurement methods and capabilities supporting experimental, production, and aftermarket needs. The aftermarket aspect involves supplying, calibrating, and maintaining Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), used during engine maintenance to assess engine or component operability.
This customer-facing role services over 200 customers worldwide and involves working with strategic suppliers to deliver new products and repair or maintain existing ones. The role benefits from a broad technical understanding of the product domain combined with engineering logistical skills.
