Team Introduction

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change.

About the Role

TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst. This role will partner with our advertisers to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. It will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure top-tier support for clients and agencies. We seek highly-driven, empathetic individuals eager to develop our Marketing Sciences discipline, where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment are key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Measurement Partners with ad effectiveness analysis to quantify TikTok's value for advertisers and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with global clients and agencies to provide measurement insights for better performance understanding.
  • Engage in strategic consulting with revenue and product teams to drive and implement learning agendas for key clients.
  • Develop close relationships with TikTok's measurement product organization to facilitate adoption of measurement solutions.
  • Collaborate with data science teams to develop meta-analyses that generate actionable media insights for advertisers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Foundational experience in digital advertising, large marketing organizations, or measurement suppliers.
  • Proven ability in inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
  • Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented skills.
  • Effective work and decision-making guidance skills.
  • Experience in driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration.
  • Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data organizations preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL and R is a plus; practical experience with large-scale data is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with privacy-first measurement innovations.
  • Specific category experience, especially with advertisers in certain sectors.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and time zones.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with third-party vendors.
  • Ownership of projects or workstreams.
