Cera is hiring a Care Assistant for Berwick, Haddington and Dunbar. This is a full-time role in Community Care, focused on compassionate, person-centred support with daily living tasks and companionship.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Support with medications as required under supervision.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to service users.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
• Offer companionship and ensure the wellbeing and dignity of those supported.
• Follow care plans and record observations as required.
