• Proactive and motivated individual keen to gain work experience in the Mental Health Care field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, design and deliver a co-produced, personalised activity programme that is occupationally balanced, risk-assessed and resourced.
• Support the Nursing Team with input from Occupational Therapy to deliver meaningful activity to patients.
• Create and update activity risk assessments and ensure staff, space and materials are available for all activities.
• Share information effectively through routine documentation and handovers.
