Job summary

Totnes St John's Church of England Primary School is seeking lunchtime supervisors to help provide a safe and calm dining experience for pupils. You will support children during lunchtime in both the dining hall and the playground, helping to create a positive lunchtime routine.

This role requires you to liaise with other school staff, both written and verbally, to ensure smooth lunchtime provision. This is a friendly community school in Totnes.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for a safe andcalm dining experience
• Will be able to builda rapport with children
• Will be able to support childrenduring their lunchtime provision both in the dining room and in the playground.
• Will be able to liaise both writtenand verbally with other schoolstaff
• Willbe physically able to lift and move tables and chairs as part of the setup andclear-down for lunchtime.
