The role requires extensive travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate independently from home. Expect uncapped commission and a clear path to expanding regional coverage across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Medical device sales experience, ideally surgical or technically complex products.
• Experience in international markets or distributor management is advantageous.
• Strong commercial drive with ability to grow sales through others.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing network of distributors and agents in the Middle East and Africa.
• Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and grow sales across the region.
• Assess distributor performance and help partners improve product knowledge and sales capability.
