We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Integration Specialist based in Derby with global accountability. This role involves developing digital and physical automation solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and business standards, and shaping the company's automation strategy.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Cyber-Physical Systems policies, setting manufacturing technology strategies, collaborating with procurement and IT, mentoring engineers, and representing the company externally to share knowledge and drive improvements.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in Cyber-Physical Systems, knowledge of automation solutions, Manufacturing Operations Management systems, data governance, process control, OT/IT technologies, cybersecurity, and safety systems. Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills are essential.
