Job Description:

Manufacturing Systems Integration Specialist (Automation) based out of Derby with global accountability. Develop and implement digital and physical automation solutions, establish standards for Cyber-Physical Systems, and ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and business outcomes. Lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with procurement and IT, mentor engineers, and represent the company externally in technology development processes.

Requirements include experience in Cyber-Physical Systems, physical automation solutions, Manufacturing Operations Management systems, data governance, process control systems, OT/IT technologies, cybersecurity, and leadership skills. Knowledge of frameworks like TOGAF is a plus.
