QBE Insurance Group in London is seeking an experienced MDM Associate to define, report, and qualify master and reference data items across the data estate. This role focuses on establishing robust data management processes and ensuring standards and governance are followed in an Agile environment.

You will collaborate with Data & Analytics and EO teams to improve data quality, support better decision-making, and enable efficient business processes.

Responsabilités

• Support master and reference data management activity by applying effective data management practices and contributing to transformation across key data processes
• Engage business stakeholders to understand, validate, and confirm required data remediation activity
• Identify, assess, and implement changes to master and reference data directly within source systems, ensuring updates are accurate, controlled, and aligned to agreed remediation outcomes
• Document data changes clearly and consistently to support traceability, knowledge sharing, and ongoing governance
• Develop a strong understanding of the structure of QBE's data and systems to support efficient, consistent, and standardised data management practices
