Qualifications

• Deep knowledge & understanding of Tech, ideally within FS or Professional Services.
• Extensive track record of Retained search (Tech or Transformation).
• A proven track record of people development, team leadership and growth.

• Grow the headcount to a minimum of 30 by EOY ’26.
• Pitch & win retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services.
