Job summary

Core-Asset Consulting in London seeks a Managing Director of Solutions to lead the consolidation of multiple business units into a single high-performing division. You will shape strategy, drive commercial performance, and support growth, including through acquisition.

The role requires senior leadership experience in regulated financial services with strong stakeholder management at the C-suite level and a data-driven, technology-enabled approach to propositions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in pensions, investment management, or data-led advisory environments.
• Experience leading change, integrating business lines, or transforming operating models.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue ownership and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidation of multiple units into a single function with a clear strategy and operating model.
• Own commercial accountability including revenue growth, profitability, costs, and product performance; manage forecasting and reporting to Board.
• Oversee enhancement of data/reporting platforms to inform client and internal decisions.
• Build integrated propositions combining consultancy, delivery, and data-led capabilities.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams with regular performance reviews.
• Drive change management during integration and growth, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
