Job summary

HP invites you to join the Office of the Managing Director as an Intern for a 13-month placement in the UK. You’ll support the MD, Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant, gaining exposure across teams and functions.

You may lead initiatives such as partner events, volunteering activities and external activations with marketing and sales. Your internship offers a unique early-career learning path, with opportunities to network, contribute to internal communications and develop project leadership

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Preferred degrees include Business Management, Economics, and Marketing-related subjects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver large internal events.
• Support UK&I All Employee Meetings, including visits from global executives.
• Assist with internal communications, including quarterly business update newsletters.
• Help run the HP UK Sports & Social Club and plan fundraising events with the Intern Charity Committee.
• Manage agendas and attendance for weekly extended staff meetings.
• Lead early career activations with HP’s partner organisations.
• Coordinate HP’s Impact Networks with leadership teams to drive joint projects.
• Support the day-to-day running of the Executive Office and complete ad-hoc tasks.
