State Street's London branch seeks a senior leader to oversee UK Third Party Risk Management and the ORM frameworks across UK entities, aligning with PRA/FCA obligations. Role Summary
The Head of UK Third Party Risk Management, Legal Entity Operational Risk Management (ORM) Frameworks, & Strategic Initiatives oversight reports to the 2LOD Global Head of Operational Resiliency, Third Party, & Strategic Risk Management and is responsible for developing, directing and managing the overall operational risk management frameworks for State Street SSBTC London Branch and its affiliate legal entities in UK (ex. SSIM). The candidate will additionally be the risk advisor for certain UK Legal Entities with dual report to the Chief Risk Officer for UK (SMF4) and is responsible for ensuring that the respective risk programs address all relevant risks as well as corporate and local requirements; collaborating with Second Line of Defense (SLOD) peers as well as with Legal, Public Policy, and Corporate Audit as appropriate.
