Promotes and protects our company’s best interests with legal and regulatory advice, support, and representation. Ensures our policies are compliant with applicable laws and regulations imposed by local governments.

Job Family Description - Legal Counsel:
Oversees all legal aspects of our business. Anticipates legal risks and provides specialized advice to management. Safeguards the company's reputation by ensuring legal conformity and minimizing exposure.

Sub-Job Family Description - Paralegal:
Provides assistance and support to legal staff by gathering information, researching the law, and preparing opinions and legal documents.

How will you contribute?

  • Providing general legal and administrative support to the Legal team based in London;
  • Coordinating document signatures, arranging meetings, filing documents, and processing invoices and purchase orders;
  • Managing contracts, including monitoring deadlines and maintaining the contract database;
  • Supporting company secretarial activities, including collaboration with global teams;
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts;
  • Conducting research;
  • Supporting data protection efforts, including collaboration with the Group Privacy team;
  • Managing trademark portfolio, domain names, and anti-counterfeiting activities;
  • Updating electronic databases;
  • Performing other ad hoc paralegal/admin duties.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate McQueen's key behaviors.
  • Minimum qualification of a UK law degree (or non-law degree with GDL) and preferably LPC or SQE.
  • Previous paralegal or similar experience.
  • Italian and/or French language skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and logical approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong time and priority management skills.
  • Team player with flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • High level of integrity and discretion is essential.
