Job Description:

Do you want part-time or full-time work in one of the largest catering companies in the UK? We have flexible Catering Assistant roles where you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like.

Working Hours: Various hours depending on site requirement as a 24-hour operation. You must have cold food prep experience. Black safety shoes are essential, and either be a car driver or live in the postcode district of YO11.

Main Responsibilities for Catering Assistants:

1. Being polite, prompt, and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
2. Communicating with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Acting in line with guidance and procedures from lead chef and/or room manager to ensure the team operates to its maximum potential.
4. Taking pride in your business and adhering to agreed standards with your team.
5. Actively seeking to further knowledge and skills and improve personal performance.
6. Complying with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Food safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling, and COSHH.
7. Personally demonstrating that you take responsibility for your own health and safety.
8. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
9. Enjoying your work, smiling, and having fun!
