Qualifications

• Extensive coaching experience and/or coaching qualification.
• Experience of learning & development/workshop delivery.
• Ability to deliver a high volume of career coaching sessions.
• Understanding of MBA students and their career challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in exploring career goals and development.
• Provide one-to-one coaching and feedback on CVs and interviews.
• Engage with assigned student groups on an ongoing basis.
• Design and deliver career skills workshops.
