Job summary

A leading consulting and engineering services company is seeking a SC Cleared Maximo Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions for critical national infrastructure in the UK. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, a deep understanding of EAM processes, and expertise in cloud-native architectures. This remote role requires excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead technical teams effectively during project phases.

Qualifications

Location: Remote (UK ONLY)
Salary/Rate: £550 per day, Inside IR35
Start Date: 01/09/2025 - 27/02/2025

As part of their secure UK Government & Defence practice, they are seeking an experienced Maximo Solution Architect to join a high-impact programme focused on critical national infrastructure.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions for a secure UK-based programme. This is a senior position that requires excellent technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and architectural leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead end-to-end IBM Maximo Application Suite 9 implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Define and maintain the enterprise asset management roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across all project phases, including performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to technical teams across disciplines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, including MAS 9.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) processes and best practices.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
• Proven experience designing secure, scalable systems in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• IBM Maximo Certifications (preferred).
• Must be SC Cleared and a sole UK national due to the nature of the work.

Additional Information

• Umbrella only - PAYE contract.
• Remote role, but must be based in the UK.
• Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams.
