Job summary

WeDoTech is seeking an experienced IBM Maximo SME to support a major programme, focusing on Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile. This contract role requires SC clearance and remote-first delivery in the UK.

You will partner with programme stakeholders and engineering teams to configure Maximo, deliver mobile workflows, and ensure asset, maintenance and work-management processes are mapped to system capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience as Maximo SME/Consultant in asset-intensive environments.
Strong knowledge of Maximo MAS, Manage and Mobile.
Experience translating operational needs into Maximo configurations.
Ability to work with stakeholders across programmes.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject-matter expert for IBM Maximo Manage and Maximo Mobile across the programme.
Understand asset, maintenance and work-management processes and translate requirements into Maximo solutions.
Support the design, configuration and optimisation of Maximo Manage functionality.
Configure and support Maximo Mobile applications and workflows for operational and field-based users.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and solution approaches.
Advise on Maximo best practice across asset, work and maintenance management.
Support integration, testing, migration and deployment activities where required.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the use of the Maximo platform.
Produce appropriate solution documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
