We are offering an exciting opportunity to work within the Trauma and Orthopaedics Directorate. Working alongside the Senior Matron and the Trauma and Orthopaedic Team, you will need to develop a close working relationship with Staff, Consultants, Departments, Directorates, and Trust Managers across the Multi-disciplinary Team. We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead and develop the service and workforce to drive forward initiatives to enhance standards and transform practice. There will be a requirement to work across all UHD sites.
This role requires an NMC Registration.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth and Poole Hospital
Interview Date: TBC
To provide clinical and professional leadership to assigned clinical wards and departments and specialist nursing/midwifery teams ensuring that action is taken at all levels to empower nurses/midwives/AHPs to provide high standards of care in a safe environment.
