Job summary

NSFT is seeking a Matron to lead and oversee Older Person Community services in West Norfolk. The role focuses on enhancing patient safety, experience and outcomes, with clinical leadership to drive transformation and ensure quality of care.

You will lead the team, support the nursing workforce, and contribute to strategic plans while embedding national guidelines into daily practice at NSFT.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Matron position to enhance the safety, experience and outcomes of people using our Older Person Community services in West Norfolk

This opportunity comes at a time of transformational change across our service and this post will be at the forefront of clinically delivering this.

This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care to our cohort of service users, based on best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans.

We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care.
