The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work full-time at our Wolverhampton Training Centre, delivering high-quality maths education and supporting student progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective maths sessions (Functional Skills & GCSE) to groups of students.
  • Mark and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to support development.
  • Monitor attendance and retention, following up on absences where necessary.
  • Support students with additional needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning.
  • Safeguard the welfare of students and promote British Values.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks in line with internal and external requirements.

Experienced – Confident in delivering Functional Skills and GCSE Maths.
Engaging – A strong communicator with excellent rapport-building skills.
Organised – Able to manage workload effectively within a full-time role.
Supportive – Committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning.

Essential Skills and Qualities
  • Proven ability to deliver effective group training sessions.
  • Strong understanding of student needs, including SEND support strategies.
  • Competence in using IT for teaching and administration.
