Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons (GCSE & Functional Skills)
Tailor sessions to individual learner needs, supporting their confidence and progression
Complete and review Individual Learning Plans with SMART targets
Collaborate with vocational teams to improve learner retention and success
Carry out assessments and ensure all admin meets awarding body requirements
Inspire learners to see maths differently and prepare them for work or further study
You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking English & Maths division, delivering sessions that inspire learners and help them build confidence in maths - a vital stepping stone to their next stage in life or work.
Working pattern:
1 full day onsite (9:00am - 5:00pm)
2 hours admin (flexible/home-based)
To be considered, you'll need:
A 2+ years' experience teaching GCSE or Functional Skills Maths
A Level 3 Maths specialism
A recognised teaching qualification (min. Level 3)
A learner-first, inclusive approach to teaching and learning
