FIND is a specialist staffing business servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are seeking Maths Tutors to support the delivery of Maths to learners completing their vocational courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Functional Skills/Maths delivery for learners.
2. Deliver high-quality Functional Skills classes, adapting to various learning styles and needs for small groups.
3. Embed inclusive teaching strategies across the team.
4. Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, wellbeing, and progress.
5. Develop and implement schemes of work and curriculum plans tailored to individual learner needs.
6. Support safeguarding measures.
7. Monitor and evaluate teaching standards through observations and learning walks.
8. Track learner progress, outcomes, and achievement rates against KPIs.
9. Ensure compliance with awarding bodies, funding requirements, and college policies.

Person Specification:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTTLS)
• Level 2 or above qualification in Maths
• Proven experience delivering Functional Skills supporting learners with ALN
