About the Role:

As a Maths Teacher with Aspire People, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics education to students, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting each student's academic journey. This role involves teaching a range of abilities and ages, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver effective and engaging maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and valued.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to support student development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
