Job summary

Elementa Wales is seeking a knowledgeable Maths Teacher to work with schools across Swansea. You will plan and deliver engaging maths lessons, assess progress and support pupils to build confidence and problem-solving skills.

This flexible temporary and supply role offers competitive daily rates and ongoing professional development. Successful applicants will have QTS or equivalent and strong classroom management in a secondary setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching mathematics in a secondary school setting.
• Effective classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, flexible and professional approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

About the role

• Elementa Wales is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to work with schools across Swansea. This is an excellent opportunity to build pupils’ confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills.
• You will plan and deliver effective mathematics lessons, explain concepts clearly, assess progress and create an inclusive classroom in which pupils are supported and challenged to achieve their potential.

Desirable:
