The Role and School

Are you looking for your next Maths teaching opportunity in Southampton? A well-regarded secondary school is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

You’ll be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering well-structured lessons that support student progress and confidence in mathematics. As part of the maths department, you'll be supported in delivering clear and structured lessons, with access to shared resources and a leadership team focused on continuous improvement.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs to join a collaborative maths department and contribute to a school that values high standards and positive outcomes for all students.

The Role

• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that make complex concepts accessible
• Monitor pupil progress and provide regular, constructive feedback
• Contribute to raising standards of achievement within the department

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply
