Job summary

The Highcrest Academy in Buckinghamshire is seeking a passionate Maths teacher for a three-day-per-week role (Mon-Wed) to join our successful Maths department. This part-time position offers meaningful classroom impact and collaboration with a high-achieving team in a supportive environment.

Since September 2024, all permanent staff at Highcrest have benefitted from a 9-day working fortnight. The concept is simple: you attend work for nine days and get paid for ten. The tenth day is your dedicated ‘Reset Day’ — time away from school to catch up on your to‑do list, recharge, and invest in your well‑being. This is in addition to your statutory PPA time and is pro-rata'd for part‑time staff.
