Job summary

The Highcrest Academy is seeking a part-time Maths teacher to join our Maths department in High Wycombe. This role is 0.6FTE, three days per week (Mon-Wed) with duties covering KS3 and KS4 Maths, contributing to an ambitious, supportive learning community.

You will join a high-achieving faculty in a school committed to safeguarding, professional development, and flexible working arrangements. January 2027 start date with DBS clearance expected.

Since September 2024, all permanent staff at Highcrest have benefitted from a 9-day working fortnight. The concept is simple: you attend work for nine days and get paid for ten. The tenth day is your dedicated 'Reset Day' - time away from school to catch up on your to-do list, recharge, and invest in your well-being.
