Maths Teacher - Part Time

In the heart of Wandsworth an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for a part time Maths Teacher (MAT Cover). The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Maths Teacher who is keen to add value to an expanding Maths Department. The school is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The school are well invested into the Education sector setting new teaching practices, as well as training their own and new staff. It's an exciting time at the school!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maths Teacher - Part Time
• Starting: October 2025 - July 2026
• Part time - 3/4 days a week (Tues, Wed & Thurs)
• Teaching KS3-4
• Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
• Working alongside a team of fantastic Maths Teachers
• £140 - £300 per day (Size depending on experience)
• Located in the Borough of Wandsworth

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Maths Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
