Step Teachers Ltd is supporting a successful Oxfordshire secondary school in recruiting a Maths Teacher for January 2027 to July 2027. Planning is in place and teachers have dedicated PPA time for marking, enabling high-quality lessons and student progress.

The role covers KS3-4 with GCSE preparation, supported by a collaborative Maths department. QTS or equivalent and secondary teaching experience are essential.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
• Ability to teach Maths confidently up to GCSE level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-prepared planning and resources.
• Deliver engaging lessons and monitor student progress.
• Assess and mark with allocated PPA time.
• Collaborate with the Mathematics department to maintain high standards.
