About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3-5, following exam specifications and incorporating advanced mathematical concepts.
• Plan and deliver lessons that foster mathematical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources, including mathematical software and problem-solving tasks.
• Assess student progress through regular assessments, problem-solving tasks, and written examinations, providing detailed feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum, integrating current mathematical research and real-world applications, and participate in departmental planning.
• Organize and lead maths-related activities, such as maths clubs, competitions, and problem-solving workshops, promoting student engagement and mathematical inquiry.
