Job summary

Ernesford Grange Community Academy in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Teacher of Maths to join our maths department. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess student progress, and support learners across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable).

The right candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning. This is a permanent, full-time post commencing in January 2027.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent) is required.
• Relevant specialist qualifications and experience in Maths.
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4, and KS5 where applicable.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to support student progress.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the duties of a Maths subject teacher as per the Pay & Conditions Document.
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to ensure student progress.
• Prepare and assess students for examinations and monitor attainment.
