Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students in accordance with the national curriculum
• Inspire and motivate students to develop their mathematical skills and understanding
• Create a positive and safe learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate Maths curriculum delivery
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events as required
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behavior

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) with a degree in Mathematics or related field
• Proven experience and knowledge of delivering Maths curriculum in a primary or secondary school setting
• Excellent understanding of the national curriculum and assessment strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Innovative and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities
• High level of professionalism and commitment to the teaching profession
