Job summary

Retford Oaks Academy in Retford invites applications for a Teacher of Maths. You will teach across key stages 3, 4 and 5, delivering innovative and creative lessons that challenge and engage students to progress academically and develop personally. The role may include some Science lessons.

This is suitable for new entrants or experienced teachers. We welcome applicants returning after a career break and may offer part-time or flexible working.

Qualifications

• Strong maths knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• Experience delivering engaging lessons in a secondary school setting.
• Clarity of purpose and student-centred vision.
• Understanding of strategies to raise aspirations and standards of results and behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths across KS3-5 with innovative, creative lessons.
• Support student progress while developing them holistically.
