Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting Secondary Maths Teachers to join our Derby network with immediate opportunities across day-to-day supply to long-term roles. We partner with Two Counties Trust and LEAD Academy Trust, offering a range of assignments from short-term cover to extended placements.

We welcome both experienced maths teachers and ECTs. DBS checks and safeguarding processes apply, with dedicated recruiter support and regular pay through PAYE.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or be a recent ECT.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maths lessons that engage and challenge pupils.
• Adapt teaching for different abilities to raise standards.
• Collaborate with schools and colleagues to support planning and progress.
