About the Role:

As an SEN Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where every student can reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering differentiated Maths lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with a range of learning profiles, including those with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
2. Implementing creative and engaging teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and keep students motivated.
3. Building strong, trusting relationships with students, fostering their self-esteem and confidence in their mathematical abilities.
4. Collaborating effectively with our dedicated SEN team, including support staff, therapists, and parents/guardians, to provide a holistic approach to student wellbeing and academic success.

About You:

1. You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent, with a passion for teaching Maths.
2. You possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students and have experience implementing effective strategies to support their emotional and academic growth.
3. You are resilient, patient, and empathetic, with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
