A highly reputable and award-winning Special Educational Needs (SEN) School Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Maths to join the permanent staff team at its Windsor site from September 2025.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths teaching tailored to the individual needs of students, many of whom present with complex learning profiles including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The teacher will play a key role in helping each learner achieve meaningful progress, both within and beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons adapted to individual learning styles and abilities
• Use a range of teaching strategies and assessment tools to monitor and support pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and senior leaders
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous school improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching Maths, ideally with experience in an SEN or inclusive education setting
• A deep understanding of a range of SEN needs and effective strategies to support them
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners
• Resilience, flexibility, and a reflective approach to professional development
• Additional qualifications or training in SEN (e.g., NASENCO, autism training)
