Maths Teacher - Temp Opportunity for 3-4 weeks of supply

Location: Halifax (HX3 postcode)

Pay: £130-£190 per day (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

Reeson Education is thrilled to partner with a highly regarded secondary school in Halifax to recruit a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and join a supportive teaching team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Role Overview:

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language. Your ability to adapt teaching styles, encourage creative thinking, and support every student's learning journey will be at the core of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
2. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
4. Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students.
3. A genuine passion for education and inspiring young learners.
4. Ability to mark and plan own work over the course of the placement.
